- Why don't they accept my call? I have been calling them since morning.
- After further investigation, police has found new places that the scammers have been tricking people such as Dubai and Switzerland.
- I got scammed?!!!
- OMG! I have used all my saving and they are gone just like that. What am I gonna do right now?
- Before the date he was supposed to go on the trip, Mark called the agency for the confirmation and the details of the flight. However, the agency did not accept the call and Mark become worried.
- I need to make a report that I was being scammed by a travel agency and get more information about this case.
- Then, Mark received a message from his brother saying that he need to watch the news on the television as soon as possible. When Mark switch on the television, he found out that he got scammed.
- Hello Mr. Mark. I'm Inspector Haikal and next to me is Inspector Syira. About your case, we are still investigating it, so as a precaution after this, Mr. Mark please don’t answer an unknown phone call and trust vague information without checking the fact first.
- Mark was so devasted and mad since he had used his saving for almost RM7,000 and it was gone just like that. That money was his saving for his study since he has a dream to get a Master Degree in his research.
- I should do an awareness campaign to share this information to the public through my social media so that the community out there can also be more careful not to get scammed like me.
- After what Inspector Haikal said earlier, there are also some truths.
- After a few days of figuring out what to do, he then went to the police station to make a report and ask about the case.

- The policemen said they still cannot catch the scammers and the probability of receiving back the money is very low, unfortunately. The policemen then give an advice to Mark about what should he do and what he shouldn’t do when he receives a call from an unknown number.
- Mark then started to realize the importance of an awareness campaign to the public and he started to do campaigns on scam awareness through his social media after that.
