- there were many hard days, but I knew I had to keep going for my son
- When I was 19, I found out I was pregnant

- I was so excited to be a mom, but scared because I had just started college and was working a full time job on top of that
- with lots of hard work I was able to get me and my son a home and a dog
- often times at work I would think about how difficult it was going to be to balance a baby, full time job, and get an education
- I got a raise at work
- I continue to work hard towards my degree
- once I met my son, it gave me even more motivation to conquer all of these things
- My situation has taught me to never doubt yourself because the people on your team will help you succeed no matter the obstacle, and if you are determined enough, you will conquer every goal you set for yourself. every hurdle in life is given to you for a reason.
- my mom and best friend helped out a lot with my baby so I could work and get school work done
