The symptoms and signs are headaches, fatigue, dry mouth, more thirst, weight loss(without trying it). The simple treatment is Eating well, exercising can help manage your disease. Some things you can change lower the risk. Lose weight, may be able to prevent or delay diabetes by losing 5 to 7 percent, move more, Get at least 30 minutes of physical exercise
