  • I am at track practice. This is my favorite part of the day because the people are so incredible and it is such a great environment.

  • After our warm up lap, we stretch out. We do dynamic stretches so we move while stretching out. This is so our muscles stay warm and so that we get stretched out.
  • We usually chat a little bit while we are stretching just to keep it fun. We have a lot of laughs at practice.

  • I'm a sprinter. We do sprint workouts everyday and we also work on starts. Today, we are starting with starts.

  • Today for our main workout we will be doing timed 200s. This is a sprint halfway around he track, and they really suck.
