- this is the Halloween party at school and this is also were jack will said that he would kill himself making august really upset .
- jack will punches Julian in the mouth because Julian calls august a freak and try's to make them a group in the science project but jack wants to go with august.
- jack and august go for a walk in the forest and they find a bunch of 7 graders that they fight also some boys stand up for august .
- in the end august won the the Becher prep medal for bravery and they all graduated.
