- Biryani is a delectable mixture of rice, spice, herbs and meat
- The Spices come from all over the world, and have influenced the way we Mughals cook.
- These different spices like cumin, coriander, cloves, and turmeric have really added a whole new dimension to my diet.
- And Biryani is so adaptable that its suitable for people of any region, religion or caste!
- I'm glad I was able to broaden the scope of Indian cuisine through Biryani!
