- Welcome, Please take a moment to get comfortable with the car. Look around, turn the wheel, press the brake and gas pedals.
- I've got this...
- As the simulated driving experience begins, Deanna is instructed to familiarize herself with the car.
- She feels confident as the car begins to move.
- There are a couple of bicyclists up ahead, but they're a long way off.

- As Deanna passes the bicyclists, she sees a car coming towards her.

- And it seems to be traveling awfully fast!

- But Deanna has enough time to get back into her own lane before the other car goes by.

- HONK!!!
- At the intersection, Deanna stops and waits for the red light to turn green.
- Texting her mom, Deanna doesn't notice the light turn yellow...
- Dee: Hey, Mom - doing that driving thing now. Call U when I'm done. :)
- Or green.
- Mom: OK, Drive carefully.
- Traffic seems to be picking up as Deanna leaves town.
- The semi-truck is going very slowly up the hill. She'll have to pass it when traffic clears.
- Passing the semi-truck is a lot trickier than passing the bikes had been.
