- Yes, teacher Jasmin.
- Okay class dismissed. Jane, please follow me in my office I want to talk to you.
- My parents are not always at home. They are doing some important business and mybrother always comes home late and drunk. My sister and I are alwaysquarrelling over petty things.
- Jane I want to ask you something and I want you to answer me honestly, okay?How’s your life at home? How’s your relationship with your brothers and sisters? Are you happy?
- I am so sad that family went like this. That’s why I always felt bored going to school because nobody pays attention to me.

- The reason I want to talk to you because I want to know why you are acting like this? Why are your scores are very low especially in my English subject? I know you are a smart child Jane but it seems that you don’t have motivation to learn because you are always slack and inactive. These problems at home affect your performance as a student.Don’t worry. I will talk to your mother tomorrow.

- Mrs. Meyers I am calling you here to talk about Jane’s performance not just in my class but most of her subjects. She got low scores and grades. She slacks and inactive so I talked to her yesterday and she said that she have a problem at home
- Here are Jane’s paper, her progress report, test scores, and assignments. They are very low. As a teacher, I am concern for your daughter so please take care of her and helped her inassignments and studies. Please pay much attention to her because as I observed she wants attention from her family. She wants encouragement and inspiration in her studies because Jane is a smart child and problems at home really affects her performance at school.
- Thank you for informing me ms. Jasmin. I will talk to her. I promise to take care of her and help her in her studies.
