- she went out looking for the best toaster she could find and came across the KitchenAid 2 slice toaster, which is said to do everything she wants!
- NO REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS OR REPAIRS!
- she went inside and bought the toaster with the guarantee it'll work as its supposed to
- Caitlin went home to try out her new toaster, to find out that it doesn't actually do anything its supposed to!
- the toaster didn't toast her bread at all, it left it dry and a bit warm, and took almost half an hour just to achieve that! the toaster is faulty and doesn't work as guaranteed.
