- Polar Bears
- Between 1963 and 2016, an average of 991 bears were hunted worldwide every year, totalling about 53,500 bears
- Most states only permit native people to hunt polar bears, but Canada is the only Arctic state that allows non-native people to hunt polar bears.
- Snakes
- What people don't realise is that these snakes are poached from the wild and are brutally tortured.
- In case of venomous snakes like the cobra, the snake's fangs are crudely crushed using metal pliers
- Peacock
- Poaching of peacocks is the most in this area of India. As the demand for peacock plumes grows, naturally shed long tail eyed feathers are simply not enough and peacocks are increasingly killed

- The illegal wildlife trade is greatly affecting lion populations across Africa
- Poaching is harmful
- Put more trackers and sensors in the wild to prevent poaching!!!
- Poachers kill about 20,000 elephants every single year for their tusks, which are then traded illegally in the international market to eventually end up as ivory trinkets
- As tigers become scarcer, however, the poaching of lions becomes more popular. Lion teeth, claws and bones are now being sold as tiger products. The motivation to kill lions is now greater than ever.
