well uh.. i had gotten an email about free clothes from Walmart if i put in my credit card information and address.
NEVER DO THAT, when giving out all your personal information online, it will be easy for your theft to take all that down and take out a new credit card.
well hey, i didn't know. I also gave them a bunch of my personal information when I filled out the questions
that was your first mistake, you never give out your credit card information or ANY personal information online ,

omg.. is there a way i can get it all back and stop these purchases from coming on my card or better yet my IDENTITY BACK!
Yes, we can actually, lets get on the bus.
so what is this all called?
ok, let me pay for our drinks.

what we can do to get your Identity back is we are going to my job, i work in banking so i see this all the time, we can freeze all your assets and track the last purchase that was made and see if we can find this man who stole your identity.
what if it doesn't work? and the theft finds a way to unfreeze it?
if he calls the bank trying to unfreeze it, we'll tell him to come in and then call the police

now we wait, but please, the next time you get a strange email wanting your credit card information, DO NOT GIVE IT OUT because you never know who is on the other side of that screen.
ok now what?
Of course, i have learned my lesson.
ok so looking all your credit report, your last purchase was made 10 mins ago at Wendy's. we are going to freeze your assets now.
THANK you so much for helping me out!!
of course, no problem. remember the advice i gave you!!

Shred any documents before throwing them in the trash, use a different password for everything and most importantly review your credit card and bank statements!!
TO ANYONE OUT THERE WHO is suffering Identity crisis, always remember to never give your personal information out online, check your credit report manually.

what's happening is someone is trying to steal your identity. we call it identity theft. it's when someone has used all your personal information (date of birth, social security number, etc) and uses it for their own purposes.
They can trick you by sending you emails like someone just did to you, that is why you always check the email account, if it looks risky, it's a scam.
OK! your assets are frozen and you can go into your account and change your password, therefore the thief can't get in anymore.
