- Yes sir, word Processing - is the act of using a computer to create, edit, save and print documents.Spreadsheet - is used to perform mathematical calculation on statistical data.Database - is a collection of data which is stored electronically in a computer.

- Advantages of word processor:* Easy to correct mistakes* Work saved will not be lost* Handy features are available such as grammar check etc.Advantages of spreadsheet:* They are free * They require minimal effort to manoeuvre and use
- Disadvantage of word processor:* Steering to long at screen can cause eye strain* Radiation head from computer can cause headache, burning sensations etc.Disadvantage of spreadsheet:*The data is not updated in real-time* Unfit for remote working* Lack of version control
