There will be transparency to help keep all members conscience at bay.
Employers may try to take advantage of us if we are not vigilant enough.
Trade union organizers face problems such as members not having interest in activities which causes workers involvement to decline.
That is why we need enough employees signed up to help give us buying power.
Trade union organizers also are put at a stand still when there is not enough members engaged to continue with the formation of a trade union, which jeopardizes the plans the organizer has for employees.
Employers are mocking us for not having representation present in certain matters
One of the problems that we are trying to solve too.
Trade union organizers face financial problems within which corruption is the main culprit, others use money to corrupt certain individuals which puts a strain to the finances of the trade union.
Trade union organizers not becoming recognized enough by the organization to have buying power as required due to the 33% becomes another problem.
Trade union organizers often face problems pertaining due to malpractice done by the employers which becomes a problem in the long run.
