- This is Mark. He spends most of his time on social media. He posts and comments on every single thing.

- Mark's friend: Hey, have you seen that weird, homeless guy. He is such loser.
- Mark: Yes, he is such a loser.
- He made some "friends" online that he thinks are rude but turns a blind eye. He sometimes makes fun of other people just to be accepted by his supposed friends. 
- One day at school, he saw a post about him made by his "friends" online that was supposed to be private. This embarrassed Mark making people laugh at him and calling him names. This made Mark feel extremely sad and anxious. 
- This opted Mark to delete all his social media because of the backlash that made him even more upset.
- Mark stayed at home for almost a month. He had no desire to eat, or even get up from his bed. He felt depressed because he thinks he was betrayed by his friends and thought that he should have been careful on what he shares online.
- It is important to minimize your usage of social media; and instead, interact with real people and experience new things to find clarity and peace of mind.
