- Only Americans have rights! Their American jobs so they should go to the American people.
- Aliens aren't stealing any jobs, they are exercising their right.
- As people within the jurisdiction of America, Aliens are under the equal protection clause in the 14th Amendment and are not only protected but entitled to jobs while in the US.
