Groundwater is when all the water that doesn't go in lakes, rivers, oceans etc. soaks into the ground and goes below and in the soil in every hole, space, and area

This is what water would look like if it was ground water- soaks into the soil and gaps below the surface

Discharge in the water cycle is when water comes back out to the surface and flows into rivers

This is an example of discharge in a river flowing to the ocean and the water is no longer in a flowing stream

Evaporation is when liquid water heats up and the molecules in the water come apart the sun heats up the particles and it turns them into a gas that floats into the air to form clouds that gather water. 

I'm so excited we are going through evaporation

We are now in a complete gas state as water, I love this because we are invisible!
