- Well, that use to be the case before. Noting the trends regarding cell contracts including data it was more practical to allow officials to choose. Based on the provincial norm, the policy was also amended to decrease the limit to R150.
- That was quick and easy. The officials in my unit have been saying that Data needs to be Separate and Data is R350. Can you maybe explain?
