- Hi , my name is Eshani and I will be walking you through 5 different eras
- The first era we'll talk about today is Natural Texas and its People. In the mid 1500s a lot of groups of American Indians lived in Texas.
- This era basically talks about how different religious groups depended on their land and people to survive .
- The revolution era had very important events such as the revolutionary war , boston tea party , and the boston massacre
- The revolutionary war was between Great Britain and the original 13 colonies
- This era was a time in Texas where we experienced huge economic growth. Railroads provided rapid expansion of people , business , and cities.
- Texas had been experiencing much more economic growth ever since the civil war.
- The great depression and ww1 era is a very important era to Texas HIstory. Texas went into a "depression state "where economy was very bad and people struggled with jobs.
- Someone important involved in Civil Rights was Martin Luther King. He has improved our life in several ways and changed things for us in many drastic ways.
