Hey Abdullah, I have a physics quiz tomorrow about newtons laws of motion and I did not study for it yet so I'm in a bit of a hurry...
No worries!, these are the easiest concepts in physics as they are extremely logical
Oh my god really!, thanks you are a life saver
Besides that, I can demonstrate these laws to you through basketball!
So what's the first law?
Simple. According to Newton's first law, objects in motion tend to remain in motion until acted on by an external force
What does that mean?!
Now, when I throw this ball at the backboard it will go in a straight motion unless the backboard acts as a stopping force
Ohhh, that makes sense now, and what about the Second law?
Exactly!, I see you are getting excited
So Newton Second law is simply just one simple formula that states that Force (F) equals the mass (m) multiplied by the acceleration (a) which is written as F=ma. Would you rather get hit by the soft ball or the basketball?
