- No I can't be pregnant, I need to have an abortion but it is illegal in my state of Texas. I must take this to court and challenge these laws, it attacks many of my amendment rights!
- I would like to file a lawsuit against Henry Wade, the district attorney of Dallas County because I want an abortion but I think the law making abortion illegal is unconstitutional.
- Hi I am Sarah Weddington, how can I help you?
- This should be a good lawsuit and you should be able to win because based off of my knowledge your right of privacy is protected by the 1st, 4th, 5th, 9th, and 14th amendment.
- So the question is, is it constitutional or unconstitutional to recognize a woman's right to terminate her pregnancy by abortion.
- By the Due Process Clause of the 14th amendment protects against state action the right to privacy, and a woman's right to choose to have an abortion falls within that right to privacy.
