- Pre-mRNA suddenly feels 7 guanine on his 5' end and 50-250 adenine on his 3' end...
- Before pre-mRNA sets out on his journey, the king grants him with the blessings of poly-A-tail and 5' cap.
- Pre-mRNA seeks out the spliceosome witch, who peers into pre-mRNA's soul and finds introns (non-coding regions) among his valuable exons (coding regions).
- The spliceosome witch removes the evil introns.
- With all the holy blessings he received, pre-mRNA has now ascended and become mRNA.
- mRNA is now ready to traverse the cytoplasm forest and seek the dark knight tRNA's castle (ribosome).
- mRNA doesn't realize that tRNA was waiting for his arrival and has a plan to use mRNA to his advantage...
- tRNA's plan commences with initiation.
- mRNA is attacked by tRNA and his ribosome subunits!!!
- They're trying to find his start codon (AUG) and read his genetic code!
