- The author wrote ''Milo enters doldrums and meets the 6 lathargians. He breaks 2 rules .The doldrums is were nothing ever happens or ever changes. They told him to beware of the watchdog.
- For example ''This place has 2 princesses (rhyme and reason) that are ruled by 2 kings (Azaz - rules letter and mathmagician - rules numbers). The 2 kingdoms aren't getting along. But the princesses decided that they both should live in peace.
- Based on what I read ''Tock and Milo meet the Gatekeeper. The Gatekeeper insists that Milo is looking for something. He pulled out a Medallion "Why not?" chain ands gives it to Milo. The gatekeeper lets them enter WORD Market. They approach a Do-it yourself Bin.
- One example of the text is ''They meet the Spelling bee and they challenged him to spell words. Then Humbug joins them. They find out that they can't trust a word that Humbug says.

The King nominates Milo, Tock, and Humbug to go on the quest to rescue them. They were hesitant but are doing it anyways.
