- I am Kara, and I like to collaborate online! It's exciting to create things together! At the same time, there are some issues I am struggling with as a manager of my team.
- Some people talk too much.
- Others are too timid to articulate their ideas.
- And there are people who are just not in the mood to talk today.
- Here is the point: I am not a professional facilitator, but I need all of my team to be engaged, participate, and articulate their ideas! I need to prepare for the meeting, smoothly move through it, get the best ideas, document them, and be sure that at the end of the meeting everybody knows what to do! Oh, I also want to enjoy our meetings! It's crucial for gen-Z.Who or what might help me?
