- Honestly I have never told anybody this but... when I was 7 years old I nearly drowned in a river just like the one we were at earlier today. So just the sounds of the rushing river had me very stressed. You can't tell anybody this please I trust you.
- So just the sound of water freaks me out I hope you understand.
- Hey, I saw you were quiet upset earlier and just honestly wanted to ask you if you were okay. And I was also wondering what upset you so bad?
- Okay Okay I understand your situation now. Lets go somewhere else and I can tell you where to get treatment from my experiences.

- Pretty much when I was badly suffering from PTSD I was told to seek help from my GP. So I went there and my GP diagnosed me with very bad PTSD and so he referred me and I went to a therapist and also a psychiatrist. I got treatment from them and my PTSD got better
- So you think I have PTSD?
- Yes I think you do
- Can you please help me book an appointment at my GP?
- Yes of course. Don't worry we can do it now
