- I have decided that We will need three cashiers for Sunday because there are more customers on Sundays. We might need one or two more cooks tomorrow because there will be three events/parties.
- Organizing involves the assignment of tasks into departments and the assignment of authority.Organizing is done after planning. It is also putting the plan into action, where you will do the plan that you have done and now organizing your thoughts, decisions and plans
- I think we should assign more people in that department and move other employees to this department. We can also hire more employees for more help.
- Planning involves the process of creating realistic goals to be achieved.. Planning is about conceptualizing your thoughts,ideas and decisions. It is also knowing what to do, how will you do it, when and who will do it. It must be done before organizing.
- Controlling is a pervasive function because it can't be escaped at any level of the management. it is measuring accomplishments against the standards or goals.
- The trainee did well today, I hope he will be like that in the days to come. James has been doing excellent with his job, we can promote him to Asst. Manager soon..
