- Mary Maloney greets Patrick Maloney home and sits him down and gives him a drink
- Mary tries multiple times to strike up a conversation with Patrick but he seems more quieter then usual
- Mary tries to serve Patrick food but he tells her to sit down and tells her what has been happening
- In shock Mary mange to whisper "I'll get dinner ready." and this time Patrick doesn't stop her
- When she comes back with a leg of lamb Patrick gets upset and tries to leave
- Mary refuses to let him leave and strikes him on the back of his head killing him.
