- ok, where do I start? His two options were going to school or going somewhere else. I wonder... oh yes that makes sense. He said he had a test today and his homework was due. If he did do his homework, then he would've gone to school. So now that we know the reason, where did he go?
- In this sene. She is using and / or statements to figure out why her brother didn't want to go to school. She also uses an if then statement. The law of detachment is in the if then statement. Since, it is a true statement, p (if he did his homework) and q (then he would've gone to school) are both true.
- Ah ha.He must of forgot to close the tab. I think I just figured out where he went. In computer class, he looked up fun things to do and the ocean popped up, And since he didn't do his homework, the ocean was perfect. If he did do his homework, then he would've gone to school. If he would've gone to school, he wouldn't be at the beach.
- In this scene. She has figured out where her brother went. She also used the law of syllogism to help solve the case and understand the reasoning. She knew that p and q were true, so p - r was a true statement as well. Well this concludes our story. Thanks for reading.
