- I got some work for account department , so I assigned it to the head of account department. I need it urgently or we can loose this opportunity to grab one of the biggest deal.
- I have been doing the work our boss gave, its really difficult . I don't know how i am going to complete it. She don't know how to do these kind of things and give it to us. She thinks everything is easy.

- John , Have you completed the work?
- Ma'am I havn't, its difficult and kind of impossible

- It's okay John, I am happy that you realised. We need to change their mindset who think women are not equal to men and i hope that everyone will understand this
- And sorry ma'am, i was being a gender bias. Women are equal to men ,They can handle their house along with work.You are a live example of it
