- The 8th Amendment
- Hey! You littered! You Have to pay $5000 in fines
- The 6th amendment says that you have the right to a speedy and public trial by an unbiased jury and to be given the reason and cause for your accusation in a court case. The 6th amendment also guarantees that witnesses have to show up, whether they support you or not, and that a lawyer is provided for you if you can't afford one.
- The 9th Amendment
- Oh my gosh. The right to breath!
- The 7th amendment says that you have the right to have a trial by jury.
- The 10th Amendments
- Since this power doesn't go to the Federal government, this means that it goes to the state or people.
- the 8th amendment says that you cannot be given excessive bail, fines, nor cruel and unusual punishments to a person.
- the 9th Amendment says that if there are rights that aren't included in the Constitution, it doesn't mean that they aren't protected
- The 10th amendment says that powers not given to the Federal Government go to the States or the people.
