"Sir we only have sent out one alert to your phone today."
"Ok sir please calm down. We do not have a record of sending you that alert 3 hours ago."
"Sir, calm down. We are sending you a direct link to our website and we want you to compare with the one you used before."
"Customer Support, how may I help you?"
UGH. Fine... but this is completely useless I hope you know.
YES YOU DID AND NOW IM MISSING $500 DOLLARS FROM MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE YOU GUYS CAN'T KEEP IT TOGETHER.
What! That can't be you guys sent me one around 3 hours ago and a couple minutes ago.
Can you explain why my account has had TWO unauthorized devices signing in today?
"Next time use a direct link to our website and others to see if what your looking at is fake."
Scammers can send you links that aren't what they say. Make sure to check the links by hovering over with a keyboard cursor, or googling them to go to check if the website link has a problem, and to see if other problems (if any) are fake.
"Sir you have to be more careful. We will lock down you account immediately and request a password change."
Oh my god... its all different. The link is different including the information I needed to give.
