- It's my first day at CCSIS! I'm so nervous but excited to meet my new classmates.
- Nice to meet you, I'm Jasmine!
- You're a freshmen too, right? I'm Nicole!
- And I'm Martine! We're servicemates, yay!
- Seniors said we will have a Research subject. That sounds exciting!
- They also said we will learn a lot of applications in laptop, programming and all that stuff!
- I'm so nervous about the advanced math subjects. They said the workload is intense and the rules are strict. Scary!
- Studying at a new school after elementary years is a thrilling moment for all students. In my experience, it was more intense since the location of CCSIS is far from my home. It was also a new environment, outside of my comfort area, where I would meet new people and create new experiences.
- I'm sorry for your loss. Losing a pet, especially when you have a special bond with them, is heartbreaking.
- Just thinking about it makes me cry again. I hate this :(
- That's okay. It's actually good to let your emotions out. Just cry until you feel okay.
- Since my home is far from CCSIS, my parents opted for school service. It was a school service on a van with my fellow CCSIS students. Upon arriving at the pickup site, 2 students came to me and introduced themselves. I can say they were the first new friends I met on my CalSci's first day.
- What should we watch today?
- Aladdin!
- We have the same movie in mind!
- During the ride, we immediately clicked with one another and became closer. We further introduced ourselves to one another and also met our seniors that were also in the vehicle. They somehow lifted my mood and slowly decreased my anxiety from the fact that I'll be studying in an unknown place.
- We finally graduated WOOHHH!!!
- As the school year went by, we became closer and closer. We also started sharing our likes, hobbies, and even our feelings on things. We conversed about our life experiences and some memorable moments. Whenever we have vacant or break time, we would gather in a circle and talk about random things.
- We also began going out to malls and parks occasionally. Watching in a cinema, playing in arcades, and eating in restaurants were some of the things we've done together. We also agreed on most decision-making while on the trip. These activities made our bond even stronger and made us comfortable with one another's presence.
- Until today, we are still close as we were during junior high school and still go out often. It is actually fascinating to look back on how our friendship grew from being strangers, service mates, classmates, to friends!
