- Ha! That's a good reply.
- Not really. I don't like him much, if I'm honest. I really just feel bad for him.
- Let me see. It's a birthday invitation. Do you want to go?
- I'll take care of the reply for you then.
- CARTER SAYS: Of course I don't want to come. Why would I hang out with a fat loser like you? Nobody likes you, idiot. WOULD YOU LIKE TO RESPOND?

- Not good, Mom. A kid I thought was my friend turned out to be a jerk.
- Carter. He sent a really mean message. I don't want to talk about it.
- Hey sweetie! How are the invites going?
- I have his mom's contact. I'll talk to her about it.
- Which one? What did he do?
- I'm so sorry, Dan! I should've never let my friend send you that message, and I shouldn't have been talking bad about you.
- Thank you for reaching out, Mrs. Miller. He could've gotten in huge trouble with the school if you had decided to tell them. He's very sorry, and won't do it ever again. Especially since he'll be grounded for a while.
