The Battle of Shiloh happened on April 6-7, 1862. Many think this battle was the turning point in the war. This battle was the bloodiest battle in the civil war.
General Ulysses S. Grant and Don Carlos Buell led the Union army and General Albert Sidney Johnston led the conference side of the battle.
