Act 1 Scene 1
Till he faced the slave; which ne'er shook hands, nor bade farewell to him, till he unseamed him from the nave to the chops, and fixed his head upon our battlements.
A wounded captain informs King Duncan of the events of the battle. Duncan orders the execution of The Thane Of Cawdor.
No more shall the Thane of Cawdor deceive our bosom interest: go pronounce his present death, and with his former title greet Macbeth.
God save the King.
Act I Scene II
Say to the King the knowledge of the broil as thou didst leave it.
Speak if you can, what are you.
Macbeth and Banquo encounter strange individuals who say a number of predictions about the two comrades.
You should be women, and yet your beards forbid me to interpret so.
All hail Macbeth, Thane of Glamis
All hail Macbeth, that shalt be King thereafter.
Act 1 Scene III
All hail Macbeth, Thane of Cawdor.
We will establish our state upon our eldest, Malcom, whom we name hereafter the Prince of Cumberland.
Macbeth is greeted by Duncan at his castle who declares that Malcom will be heir to the throne. Macbeth starts to feel anxious in his mind.
Stars, hide your fires; let not light see my black and deep desires.
Act I Scene IV
Macbeth arrives at his castle in Inverness. He is greeted by his wife Lady Macbeth who attempts to persuade him to murder Duncan.
My dearest love. Duncan comes here tonight.
Oh never shall sun that morrow see!

Duncan arrives at Macbeth's castle. Unaware of Lady Macbeth's plans.
