Storyboard Tekst

  • In his story "Harrison Bergeron," Kurt Vonnegut makes the point that equality it is good that people are different. Some smarter, some better at other things. He establishes this by showing what a terrible world it would be if the government forced everybody to be equal. For example, the prettiest, and more smart people need to wear things to make them forget their thoughts or wear ugly clothes to not stand out. These examples show us of what a terrible and non-progressive life people would have. Vonnegut uses this to ridicule the equality that people try to achieve in out world.
