- The South Florida Clean Coastal Waters Act of 2021.

- My name is Noah Jackson I am the creator of the South Florida Clean Coastal Waters Act of 2021. One day I wanted to make a bill and I was struggling. Until I thought of the issues that Florida had about their oceans. Then I had a light bulb.
- House and Senate
- The next day I went to Congress and introduce the bill on January 28, 2021. It looked like a lot of people enjoyed my presentation
- Conference Comittee
- The next day, The bill was sent to the committee and I was so nervous that they might not like it. The good news is that they actually liked the bill and they sent it to the House of Representatives.
- The bill arrived at the House and it was put on the floor for debate. It looks like 100 people voted yes 35 voted no. So that means that my bill gets put into the Senate and it will go through the same process.

- The next was a shocker because the yes's won in the Senate and now it was passed to the Conference Committee. It looks like a lot of Democrats are voting yeh on the bill and a lot of Republicans are voting nay. I'm so glad that I am a Democrat instead of a Republican. OMG! A few hours later yeh over took nay and now the bill is going to the president.

- The next day, The bill arrived in the president, and now the president has to choose whether or not to veto or sign the bill and make it become a law.
