- Ignatius was born into a very rich family and he was happy and safe. He believed he was very tough and could handle whatever he took on. That's how he lived his life. He is on his way to go and become a soldier. Ignatius didnt know what was going to strike him while he is a soldier but not much of that will nbother him yet.
- During the battle of Pamplona, Ignatius headed out to fight. While he raced out to his enemies on his horse, his leg was struck by a cannon ball from the enemies. His leg ended being completely shattered and the other was also broken. Warriors from the other side of the battlefield stopped the battle and decided to find Ignatius and support and heal him.
- After Ignatius was hit in the leg and went through a whole lot of trouble, he started reading about Jesus and soon became a much more helpful, kind and generous person. He realised that bad things always happen which he can't handle. Everywhere he traveled, he would help all the people who needed it and put others before himself.
