The pleasure is all mine, Samantha. Knowing that I am able to share one of my country's culture as a Chef, it also brings me great joy as a Filipino.
Thank you for accepting my request to help me learn to cook a Filipino dish, Mrs. Reyes.

For about 2 minutes or until you can smell the lovely aroma.
Let's begin. Sauté the garlic, onion, and ginger.

It's about time we pour in the water and add your Knorr Chicken Broth cubes. Bring this to a simmer until chicken is tender and cooked through.
We still need to add our green papaya and cook until tender.
Chili leaves is added at the last stage to the ensure leaves and nutrients don’t dry up. Give this a minute then it is done.
Then transfer it to a serving bowl. Best to serve hot.
Enjoy this with patis and calamansi on the side.
