- Good morning everyone, I am Mr Harnes the regional manager so today we are here for the deciplinary hearing of Mr Sizwe and Ms Shelly........
- Picture 2:
- Morning everyone I am Mrs Martins the HR today I will be observing the hearing and help come up with an outcome of what will be discussed here today
- Picture 3:
- This is a formal disciplinary hearing in response to the complaints made against you, Mr. Sizwe and Ms. Shelly, regarding an incident involving a client while you were wearing your work uniform in the parking lot.
- The regional manager introduces himself to everyone and also mentions why everyone is there
- Pucture 4:
- Do you guys understand the charges layed against you? and do you plead guilty or not ?
- The HR manager also introduces herself and the purpose of her being there and everyone else introduce themselves aswell.
- Picture 5:
- Ms Shelly may you please tell us what happened at the parking lot
- Mrs Martins the HR manager gives a brief summary on what the deciplinary hearing is about and also makes sure that lawfull procedures are being followed.
- Picture 6:
- Thank you that will be all for now, we will discuss everything that was spoken here and come up with the desicion ,you guys may be excused we will call you shortly.
- Mr Mahlangu the shop stewards asks the accused if they understand the allergations against them and how do they plead.
- Yes Mr Mahlangu we do understand the charges but we do not plead guilty because we only defending our selves...
- Mrs Martins asks Shelly to tell them what really happened on the day of the incident. Ms Shelly tells the story as it is and says every word the man said to them and what they said back to the man. The regional manager at this point is so shocked of the news he is hearing as it seems like he heard a different version of the story.
- Okay so Sizwe and I were on tea break and we were standing at the parking lot minding our business untill a man came towarrds us and started swearing and accusing us of wanting to steal his car.......
- Mrs Martins as Shelly and Sizwe to excuse them while they make the decision about the incident.
