- I have terrible news, my salary was cut due to this contraction in the eecnomy, your gonna have to pick up a job or we might lose the house.
- This is gonna be devastating to us if this goes on for too long
- This is like the recession in 1913, when production and real income declined
- This is like the economic trough in 2009 when the stockmarket plummeted and forecloser rose
- Hopefully this is the worst of the contraction of the economy or we are going to lose the house and everything we own.
- I just lost my job, they had to let half of their workers go.
- Hopefully we are in the trough stage in the business cycle,we are running out of money and options.

- I got another job today! There even paying more then the last one I had!
- This is like the economic boom in the 1920s when everything was becoming affordable and everyone was living comfortably
