- Mia had just made a Kids for Kids with her classmates. They are all immigrants and are talking about all the terrible things that has been happening to them just because they are immigrants living in America. Mia starts to think of possible solutions or things they can do to stand up for immigrants.
- Mia and jason are at the motel watching Lupe on tv talk about her dad. They turn on the radio and their she is again! Soon everything goes downhill, their is someone saying " I don't car that this young girl is a straight A student she is an illegal and we should get rid of her. Mia and Jason are upset and confused at the same time on why someone would say such a thing.
- In scene Mia invited Jason to the hotel to hang out . They were hanging out in Mia's room and had a pillow fight, It made a HUGE disaster so Mia asked Jason to broom it up and help clean, The, unexpectedly Jasons mom walked in and started yelling at Mia assuming she brought Jason over to clean. This is a perfect example of someone being an anti immigrant.
