  • I know I need to get back in shape but running, swimming and biking but it so exhausting.
  • Muscular strength
  • I enjoy lifting weights, doing leg weights and resistance bands. I am glad I can do them all here at school!
  • Flexibility
  • Doing yoga, Pilates and stretching are so calming for me.
  • The ability of the heart, lungs, blood and blood vessels to supply enough oxygen and necessary fuel to the muscles during long periods of physical activity.

  • I love doing curl ups, sit-ups and planks.

  • I love doing ALL types of exercise! Jumping jacks, lunges and mountain climbers are my favorite!

  • My fitness goal is to be able to do 100 pushups without taking a break, within a month. I will start by doing 25 pushups the first week, 50 the next week, 75 the next, and 100 the last week. I will practice doing them every week for 2 minutes a day.
  • The ability of a muscle or muscles to repeat a movement many times or hold a position without stopping to rest.
