- Hmm... I wonder what changed from yesterday.

- oops! it fell. No-one will notice... Oh! it's a diamond!!!
- Day 2: one worker mistakenly dropped one of the rocks he was carrying, first he thought no-one will notice then when he took a closer look he realized it was a diamond now that he knew that the more stones he would carry the more money he would be getting from it. Now he wanted to help everyone else.
- Day 1: construction workers were working really hard. They kvetched groaned wouldn't help each other. The boss promised them that they can take a percentage of rocks that they carry but no-one thought it was important.

- torah is like those rocks you can see them as a burden do the bare minimum without happiness, but that would be missing the value under it. The diamond is chassidus helping us understand the deeper meaning of torah. If we use chassidus to see the diamonds then the more pf a commision we can get.
