- Our hero found 'A Manual for developing Policies and procedures in Australian School library resource centres (2017)' and this provided a step by step approach to collection management at the school.

- The manual had a number of suggestions to help our hero is make the teaching resources in the library more effective and user friendly:The average age of the resource collection is within ten years.The physical environment is functional and displays resources in a good condition for easy access.All materials in the resource collection are listed in the library catalogue.The resources in the collection are relevant, accurate and reliable.After using these tips the teaching resources were organised and easy to find. Our hero was winning and it was fun!
