  • He could, but, however, it is good to have a variety of food packed with protein, and that goes for every nutrient.
  • Now, the first type of nutrient are proteins. Proteins are made out of amino acids, and your body uses amino acids to build and repair muscles and bones, and to make hormones and enzymes. This can also help in growth/development. Protein can be found in lean meats like seafood and chicken and other things like, beans, peas nuts, seeds, and dairy products.
  • So then why can't this gentleman add chicken to his meal?
  • Although cheese and dairy products are high in fats, it is very unhealthy to eat too much of it. This can lead to obesity, which will cause other problems, like type 2 diabetes
  • Next, you should consume fats. Fats are made out of fatty acids, and their job is to store energy that your body doesn't use. If glucose can't be accessed from the body, then that's where the fatty acids come in. Fat can be found in fish like salmon, halibut, and trout. Other foods can be brussel sprouts, walnuts, spinach, and oils.
  • So why can't I order the extra cheesy foods. Aren't they high in fat?
  • The next nutrient that we have are carbs, also known as carbohydrates. Carbs, like protein are used as a good energy source. They are made out of simple sugars. Carbohydrates provide the body with glucose, which is converted to energy used to support body functions and physical activity. You should eat complex carbs for weight problem and maintaining weight. Foods containing carbs are bread, beans, corn, potatoes, pastas, and grains.
  • There are 13 essential vitamins and they come in a variety of fruits. From apple to zucchini (Yes zucchini IS a fruit, I'm as shocked as much as you). The 13 vitamins are vitamins A, C, D, E, K, and the B vitamins (thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, B6, B12, and folate).
  • Fourth, we have the vitamins. Vitamins have hundreds of very essential roles in the body. They help shore up bones, heal wounds, and boost your immune system. They also convert food into energy, and repair cellular damage. This is very important, because otherwise, your body wouldn't be able to function they way it normally would.
  • I hope he finishes soon, I have to serve and seat the other customers. This will have to be the last one.
  • I know you guys are starting to get tired and bored of talking, but don't worry, I almost done with my speech, and soon, this will help you in the long run. Plus, didn't you guys learn anything?? I just gave you a speech of eating healthier
  • I know you are giving us the key to success and all, but I'm getting bored, can you just tell me later, I am also hungry for some pizza and ravioli.
  • Ok, jeez. Lastly we have minerals. This is really easy to do, although 45 percent of people actually don't know about it. All you need to do to get minerals is by drinking a lot of water! Your body uses minerals for many different jobs, including keeping your bones, muscles, heart, and brain working properly. Water on the other hand does something different, our body is composed of about 60% water. The functions of water include digestion, absorption, circulation, creation of saliva, transportation of nutrients, and maintenance of body temperature.
  • THE END...OR IS IT Yeah it is
  • Thank you for your speech! Now we know how to keep our body, healthy, wealthy, and safe. Now I gotta go and serve some other people this story!!
  • How come your face is never covered by the text? Not fair!
