- The French Revolution was a period of time when people wanted change.The year was 1789-99
- Factors that led to the revolution
- The factors that led to the Rev. are resentment among lower classes, new ideas of government, economic problems, weak leadership, food shortages
- meeting of the estates general
- The meeting of the estates general is all 3 estates come together to approve a new law or tax
- It was from 1789-1799 and it was when people wanted some changes in the way that their country was ruled.
- The tennis court oath
- We pledge to stay here until a new constitution is written!
- Above are some of the things that led to the French revolutioin
- The storming of the bastillie
- It was a meeting place when people from the first and second estate got together to approve a new law or tax.
- The great fear
- Was when they weren't able to gather in their normal meeting place so they broke down a door and refused to leave until a new constitution was written.

- Was when a mob of people stormed the Bastillie prison, looking for weapons, guns, and ammo, because foregn troops were coming.
- Lets see if there is any guns and powder in the bastille
- it was a small period of time where people became senseless, and burned houses, properties, and became outlaws.

- The Great Fear was a wave of sensless panic among peasents who became outlaws and destroyed property of the nobles, burned their houses, etc.
