- Shatter City
- Shatter City takes place in the future and is about the power of revenge. This is the main character; her real name is Frey but in this scene she is pretending to be her twin sister Rafi. The real Rafi is out in the wild somewhere away from her father because he’s a murderer. But then one of Rafi’s friends (which is one of the father's employee’s--the father is kinda rich), walks into the room and they have a discussion about how crazy Rafi’s dad is. But the employee sees something that makes her suspicious that Frey is hiding something. Frey acts like there’s nothing to hide.
- Frey and the employee are in a car on their way to a very important speech that would change the world. They decided that they would take their dog Chewy. So Chewy went for a car ride to the important speech. On the way there they realize that they forgot their speech. So they had to go back and gat the papers of the speech.
- Frey was getting ready to give her speech when out of the coner of her eye she saw a man that looked suspicious, but she gave her speech anyway. She watched him through the whole speech. When she was done she told her friends that a man looked suspicious. But when they went to look for him he was gone. Her friends thought that she as seeing things, but she swore that she saw something. As she was packing up to go home she felt she was being watched. She turned to the only glass in the room to find it had ben shattered by someone but we never find out who it is.
- When Frey got home she did what just about every teenager would do, and that would be to get on social media. All of the sudden she got a notification on her phone that said “girl gives speech, and acts suspicious”. When Frey saw this she was instantly thinking “did they find out that I’m not really Rafi”? “Did I say something that she wouldn’t have said, or did someone notice something that I didn’t see that reveled that who I am”? She was so worried that soon someone would find out so she decided to escape from her home, and to someplace far away.
- Frey went up to her bedroom and she packed every thing that she owned. She made sure that the door was locked. If her father came in and found out that she was going to run away she would be in big, big trouble. She even turned the light down just so she could barely see what she was doing. She looked around her room one last time and she sighed and she left.
- Frey and her friends meet at their secret meeting place, and plotted out how they were going to kill her father. Frey's friends are a group of rebels willing to help her get revenge. The reason they want to kill her father is because her father had tried to bomb other planets, destroy the places where her friends lived. They ended up realizing that they would need Rafi’s help to make this plan work. - The friends get on an airplane and they fly to a planet to find Ralfi. But they figure out that having 5 teenagers together looks like a gang. Technically they were a gang but not in the kind of way that most people think of. So they had the employee dress like a adult to make it look less suspicious. They boarded the plane and found their seats and sat down and got ready for flight.
- They had no luck and they took a train to the next closest planet. They got all of their stuff and they got ready for a 12 hour train ride. They had been about 5 hours into the trip and they had the question where do we go if we have to use the bathroom? So they asked the driver and he said that he would stop. Only for emergency and he made sure he was very clear.
- They had a planet in mind that they thought might have Ralfi. So they got on to a helicopter and flew over to the planet. The planet was a red-ish orange color and was the biggest planet that they knew of. The helicopter was only big enough for two people and their luggage. So they took turns to travel to the planet.
- They landed on the island that they wanted to be on without even knowing it. They scanned the cliffs. Soon they all stumbled upon a cave. They went inside carefully. They found the most helpful tool ever.
- This helpful tool helped Frey and her friends finally got a lead on where Ralfi may be. So they went to a cave and found her stuff there and they waited until she returned. The cave was very bland it had a lantern and a journal with a pencil. Then when they finally got to see her they told her why they were here and she was all in after some convincing. They flew back to Earth to kill their dad.
- They finally got the chance to set up the explosives near their Dad's office tower. They had dynamite and they had 2 minutes to run as far away as possible. Then all of the sudden a little beep goes off and nothing. Then after 1 minute....
- BOOM!!
- The EndThe story ends with a cliffhanger trying to get the reader to buy the next book.
