- Hi, I'm Priya and I manage a team of four IT engineers located in Mexico.
- Today I'm going to send the anual review, this time a peer review instead of a bunch of questions.
- Hey, I'm Fernanda, I'm argentinian and I noticed that our manager just sent a request for peer review, I'm glad, last year appraisal was a mess!!
- This year peer review sounds exciting and I hope my hard work is recognized and I can get the pay raise!
- Well at least this time is not going to be a mess!

- Hey I'm Antonio, I'm mexican and I work with Fer, Steve (blue) and Rodrigo (pink)
- Priya adapted so quickly to recognize the difference between all of us, managing diversity is her touch.
- I really like the idea of our manager is a woman, he try to accomodate my requests and she is never close to my ideas,
- She also has been very smart to contextualize the differences between us (mexican, american and argentinian)
- Prya has understood our cultural differences and has a good reward system for us.
- Well, if all goes well this time, some of us will have a bonus and possible a pay raise
