- Back in the late 1600s-early 1700s, France and Great Britain controlled the majority of North America. France had Canada and Great Britain had what would be known as the eastern united states.
- You're still going to protect us, right?

- The french made a successful fur trade with the natives, but the english wanted the area that would benefit them the most: the Ohio river valley.
- Oh, why thank you! Here's some money.
- While you 2 are busy, I'm taking the Ohio river valley.

- This ultimately led to a war between the British against France and the Native Americans known as the French and Indian war.
- A target of the French and their Native allies were the Cherokee, who relied on the british for protection.
- Of coooouuuurse.
- You lied!!!! And for that, we take your horses!!!
- The british failed in protecting the cherokee, so the cherokee stole their horses, which incited the cherokee war. This lasted 3 years.
- How dare you!!!!! PREPARE FOR WAR!!!
- In the end, the british won BOTH the French and indian war AND the cherokee war, the french got kicked out, and the Native Americans suffered.
