- 1st Amendment
- I want every person to have the right to speak freely.
- 3rd Amendment
- we need somewhere to stay tonight.
- because of the 3rd Amendment I will not allow you to stay.
- 6th Amendment
- Jury seems to think you murdered him...
- THIS IS AN OUTRAGIOUS ACCUSATION. I DEMAND THE RIGHT TO A FAIR TRIAL.
- The 1st Amendment gives people the right to freedom of speech and religion. This is important because it lets people say what's on their mind and not be restrained.
- 4th Amendment
- I will not allow you to search my car without a warrant.
- The third Amendment makes it so that soldiers are cannot stay in someone's house against their will. This is important because citizens own their house so if soldiers were just allowed to barge in then it would be trespassing.
- 8th Amendment
- The sixth Amendment is the right to a free trial. This is important because if this was not an Amendment then people would continuously be accused if random stuff and they would never win the trial because it would not be fair.
- 9th Amendment
- I have other rights besides the ones in the constitution and Amendments
- The 4th Amendment is that no one has the right to search anything you own like a house or car and so on without a warrant.
- I will get that warrant don't you worry.
- The 8th Amendment says that someone cannot have excessive fines or be beaten unfairly.
- please don't beat me, I have the right to the 8th.
- The 9th Amendment says that people have more rights then the ones listed in the constitution. They just didn't have them in the constitution because if they did there would be hundreds of pages of rights.
